Objet sonore.
Dans une petite ville grecque, différentes personnes réagissent à un objet très répandu dans leur paysage quotidien : il s’agit d’un chapeau de cheminée en forme d’oiseau stylisé. Les conversations dérivent sur la place des oiseaux dans l’environnement et l’imaginaire.
La pièce sonore est diffusée (via des transducteurs) dans un de ces chapeaux de cheminée installé sur un socle, devenu ainsi sculpture sonore.
Réalisé dans le cadre d’une résidence d’artiste à Plan.B, Loutraki, Grèce.
Sound object.
In a small Greek town, different people react to an object very common in their daily landscape: a chimney cap in the shape of a stylized bird. Conversations drift on the place of birds in the environment and the imagination.
The sound piece is played (via transducers) in one of these chimney caps installed on a plinth, thus becoming a sound sculpture.
Realized during an artist residency at Plan.B, Loutraki, Greece.
